The SMS PTA Mini-Grant program provides teachers with an opportunity to apply for funding for new and innovative projects or items which are typically not covered by the school district. We invite you to submit a request to launch your idea! |

Mini-Grant Request Form Submit your Mini-Grant Request online. Click here Forms will be forwarded automatically to the co-chairs listed below. Please be as clear and complete in your explanations as possible to help expedite the process. In particular, the project, material, supplies and their cost must be clearly stated on the application form. Decisions on requests which are vague or incomplete may be postponed until more information is gathered.
