Interested in being a Class Parent at SIS?

The SIS PTA is looking for those interested in volunteering to be a class parent for their child's class.  Class parents must be an SIS PTA member, be organized and also be comfortable using the computer.         

Class parent responsibilities include:

  • Helping your teacher with his/her classroom needs.

  • Setting up an e-mail contact list for your class

  • Arranging an optional collection for holiday and end of the year teacher gifts. 

  • Notifying parents of upcoming events and asking for supplies and/or food for these events. 

  • Acting as a liaison between the SIS PTA and the parents in the class.
